Heartbroken? Depression? Lonely? - Comments

I do have council, I don't do any sort of self harm or anything like that. Just having a terrible year mixed with depression just leading to a sad time. Thanks for your concern though I'll be sure to take your advice :)

hey, you should get counciling, thats what id do, i've got depression and i cut myself, quite a few times i nearly killed myself, so talk to someone and get unti depressants. Im on them and they help me through each day. Also have a squeezy ball so when you feel sad or lonly sqeeze it.
