Pokemon was my favourite :D I know I'm kind of late to comment but whatever. Yes the older cartoons and stupid were better.

I'm only fourteen years old (Which means I only really watched things Like Catdog, A Land Before Time, Sailor Moon, Rugrats, etc.) And I agree! I miss the 90's cartoons, today's cartoons are just lame. :|

I totally agree with you on this one. 90s cartoons just can't be beat - and some of the adult-type humor they got away with in most of them are crazy. Like in Rocko's Modern Life - the Chokey Chicken? The disturbing stuff they put in Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy? The entire "Sailor Mouth" episode of Spongebob? I don't really follow today's cartoons as much, but I doubt they're nearly as edgy. I think that's one reason why so many teenagers still watch those cartoons.
What sucks is that I wanna be a cartoonist when I grow up, but by then all cartoons that are any good will probably be gone...

Pfff, when I was younger we had Sailor Moon, Inuyasha, Dragon Ball, Captain Tsubasa -_- and now, all gone.

I also miss all the Nickelodeon toons you mentioned, Rocco's Modern Life, man, how I miss that show. Oh oh oh and Angry Beavers and Zim Invader -_- nostalgia.

Right now, the only cartoon I can watch is Phineas and Ferb, sometimes Kid vs. Kat, but yeah... nothing compared to the oldies.

I'm watching Dexter's Laboratory on Cartoonnetwork right now. (: This station brings back older cartoons for a while.

I agree. The youth of today is losing the appreciation for cartoons, I'm seventeen and still watch cartoons.

I totally agree Hugh Laurie, I wish there was more stuff on TV like Johnny Bravo these days. I'd still watch Scooby Doo, Johnny Bravo, and Tom and Jerry. But the new cartoons are trash, and they want to 'update' things like Bugs Bunny and Spiderman and just ruin them *Sigh*

No sure if you notcied, but they brought back the Rugrats and Powerpuff girls. Anyways I still agree nonetheless. I miss those shows...well not Catdog. And yeah I agree with the shows. It's like kids grow up watching jr and sunddently teen nick without the in between step of watching shows bck from the 1990s. By the way I love Spongebob! >_<

I go farther back for my shows.

From about 1983-1995 was probably the better shows.

I just looked through the TV section and there's not anything there that's really like this. Hmmmm.

v. There are several forums like this. You could maybe start one on the General section - Alphabet cartoons or TV shows you watched as a kid, etc.

My friend and I walked through town singing the theme-tune when we were 14!
