After reading how he acts towards you, I get the vibe that he may just be extremely nice and flirty. The only number on that list that makes me think otherwise is number 4. Because I have friends that act like this towards girls that they don't like, just because that's their personality. But then again, I don't know him personally and I am definitely not an expert at this sort of thing.

He may like you. I mean, I used to like this one person. They were always totally ridiculous around other people, but this person would be nice to me. Maybe he thinks of you as a sister, which would be pretty awkward.
