I know it's not the major reason why you should be reporting her but have you considered that you have an 'in' with the rules that she breaks? If you focus on her selling smokes and taking kids out as well as mentioning the other things then maybe you can get her written off because of that and the outcome will be the same.

Just make absolutely sure that whatever you do, you do in an assertive but mature manner. You don't want to be ignored for being young and if you conduct yourself in a grown-up way then they'll be much less likely to do that.

I'm with Ara. How did she even get a job there, and how can Jerry not notice how much of a b*tch she is?

You should report her to Jerry, make sure you tell him everything she does. If she can't respect the kids there then she shouldn't be allowed to work there.

Also, if one of the kids does snap and blows up because of this they themselves and the others around them could get hurt. I'm not saying they're bad kids or anything by that but I've seen it happen with some kids at my previous school that were dealing with it and it wasn't pretty.

Cant you file a silent complaint or anything?
