I've been through this twice now.
Its not going to change anything if you take him back. He'll just keep doing it, and give you more excuses of why he did it.
Think about you, you are what matters.

Dump him! He's not worth it and leaving him won't take anything away from you. You keep your pride and he loses a beautiful person. :)

He was confused about his parents and so he had sex with some other girl? How's that reasonable at all? If he was confused, he could have asked for help.

The best thing for you to do is take a break. Think things through for YOURSELF. You have to value yourself more than him at this point, it was his mistake and he should learn from it. You can only decide if he's sorry or not. Are you comfortable enough to take him back? Do you trust him enough? Is it really worth it, to go back to him? Would it be fair for you to forgive him, when he could do it again? Just think of what's best for yourself. I wish you luck, nobody deserves to be put through what you're going through.

Dump his sorry bum! Cheaters are the worst, they have this way of making you feel guilty so you take them back, honestly you can't trust anything they say. 7 months is enough time to realize what your doing is wrong and he's obviously a dumbass for cheating on you, you deserve way better.
