Yeaaa..... Sounds like he likes you but maybe hes going about it a little immaturely. When guys get older, about 17-18 most of them stop all the crap and go about it the right way. But until then I'm afraid youre stuck with this kinf of behaviour.. haha.. Kind of cute though.. I think the best part is trying to figure out if someone likes you or not.. So enjoy it :)
Yeah when I was younger my mom would tell me that all the little boys that would pick on me really liked me. With him, you never know unless you ask. Be more flirtatious with him and see where that goes.
