Odette Nanette, funny thing is, I do realize there are bigger things in life than a prom. Point being, I feel weird knowing I regret not going, Plus, I don't regret a lot of things, and even though I don't have a very hard life, I'm not some spoiled brat (not saying you were hinting at it). My whole thing was that I never thought I'd regret it. And come to think of it, I'd rather have gone to prom, if I would have known I was spending last night at a camper and mowing the lawn.

vI didn't know colleges had proms. x3 You learn something new everyday. I do agree, it does sound like a recipe for disaster, though.
Admiring boys from afar is such bad habit for me xD

I went to my high school prom but not the one held at my college, which was last year, and I dont regret it at all.
I went to an all girls school and it was great, but college prom seemed like something else, a recipe for disaster. To me it always seems like a time when people try to outshine one another and do something highly stupid.
I admire boys from afar alot lol, I dont have the balls to go up to them and say a few words. Moto of this, your not alone =)

My prom is tonight. I'm not going either. Only because I have a social phobia.\:
And the same thing happened to me, this boy I've been admiring from afar is going(I don't think he has a date even though he's gorgeous AND nice..?) so yeah that's the only thing that bums me out.

I plan on not going to prom. It's the dumb four D's:

    Drinking

    Drugs

    Dancing

    Dresses.

None of those are my thing. And I won't regret not going. I hope you realize there are bigger things in life than a prom.
