I know I just need to get over the pain and do it. Its a small tattoo, so it'll probably only take about 20 minutes anyway. My first one took a grand total of 7 minutes. =]
Dude, if I were you, I'd just go for the shoulder blade. I 100% guarantee that the tattoo artist has probably seen stuff that is way more disturbing than your back.
