You should explain to the teacher what happened if you haven't already. Maybe, just maybe, if they're really nice they'll let you take it again or make up for it with something else.

What you falter in, you make up for in areas where others may fail. I struggle with letters and numbers, that is where I lack but I excel in areas that others who are perfect with letters and numbers do not. It's not "abnormal", you are not abnormal. You're made the way you're supposed to be and all of us are perfectly okay with who you are and we hope that you'll be okay too. It's hard to have a learning disability, of any kind, this I know too well... but beating yourself up over it helps nothing. Be confident in who you are, even where you fail. You are as wonderful as you can be and you should know that. :-)

There is no such thing as normal.

Plus you arent stupid; dyslexia doesn't make you any less intelligent, you just have a serious difficulty with words, spelling etc.

I think you're so down on yourself truly and maths is a difficult subject for a lot of people. You probably did a lot better than you thought. (:

im sorry. i know how you feel, i dont have dyslexia but i have autism. when i take tests i sit there and read the same questions over and over again becuase they dont register in my brain and when they do i dont understand them. im failing all of my classes from this. one thing you could do is tell your friends, if they are real friend then they would stick with you and help you.
