Maybe you could try and make contact? Try and find out what it is, cause there's dead people then you've got things like poltergeists and harpy's and demons ect. You could do EVP's and stuff to see if you can get voices and things. Try and make peace with it [:

We just moved into a house and last night while we were watching TV a plate that was in the bottom of the sink came flying out and smashed against the wall. I was a little creeped out and made my husband clean up the glass in the kitchen. We wanted to blame our pets but they were all sleeping in the living room at the time.

Okay...really? Do you know you're not supposed to swear in the blog titles? I see two of your blogs with them, before you get in serious trouble you should consider using alternative words.

I've tried to do research but my house is to old and they didn't keep anything on file from that long ago. I also live right next to a Church, my house is owned by them. Shouldn't my house be holy enough?

My grandma actually lives across the street. I've always had this ghost inside my house, I think. However my aunt has a Ouija board that I've done a couple of times. Now every time I come back from staying at her house the activity increases. So I'm going to do it again, to see if this thing will talk to me.

First off: Most ghosts don't have the energy or the capability to be extremely harmful. The one who haunts the outside of my house isn't. They have to be EXTREMELY angry to have that kind of power.

Second- Have you done any research on your house or the land it was built on?
That's a good step to take, because it may help you figure out who it is and then you can better figure out how to get rid of it.

Thirdly- If you want a quick fix, annoint the perimeter of the room with holy oil/water. Our entire house was blessed by our pastor before we moved in, which is why the ghost can't get in, though he does pace up and down on our porch and whistle sometimes.
He can't get in.

But as far as I know, they can't hurt you. I tell myself that to make myself feel better, aha. I'm pretty sure my last house was haunted - or so my mom said - and we're all a-okay. :D

Maybe it's your grandma? If she lives with you, maybe she attracts them since she's into the whole voodoo-witchcraft stuff. O.o

Don't worry about it, I don't think it could really cause you any harm. If it hasn't already then its a nice ghost, Like Casper, when I though I had one i listened to my Mp3 all night and drowned everything out well clutching my cat.
