Poor thing : (. I would never do that to a friend, especially one that goes out of their way to keep in touch with old friends. I don't understand how anyone could. And what that guy did wad really immature.

If I were you, I'd confront her and demand an apology for the shit she pulled. If she doesn't see that what she did was wrong and doesn't apologize, I'd forget her as a friend.

No, you didn't do anything wrong.
I would suggest that you give yourself some time to calm yourself and let the emotion out to yourself. That way, you can thinkk over exactly what your points would be that you want to bring up with your friend and how you want to say them. Then I would suggest sitting down, face to face with her, alone, and talking it out. Tell her exactly what that made you feel, and just clear the air.

Maybe she's the clueless one?

If anything, they're the ones doing something wrong. You weren't and you certainly aren't missing something. I would drop these two and find different friends that you know won't stab you in the back.
