    There's this site that lets you prank call from your phone and it lets you change your number, so they probably made their number a police station so everyone would call back. That's the only reason I have for it being a police station number, but just block the number and it should be fine.

    Ask your service provider if there's a way to block numbers. Some services have a system where it can prevent certain numbers from calling/text/etc.. So give your service provider a call and see if it's possible.

    I also googled the number (the 1120 etc. one) and others are having the same issue.
