You are addicted to it. And your body has gotten used to it, so it's not going to work anymore.
Okay... now have you tried taking some warm milk with honey, or a simple herbal tea, and a nice warm bath.
Make sure your room is only for sleeping, make it nice and dark and cozy.
When in bed try rotating your body one thing at a time 5 times in a row (Toes, then feet, legs, fingers, hands, arms, head, then whole body).
Don't eat anything with caffeine in it after 1pm. So this means coffee, soda, chocolate.
Try dimming the lights in your place earlier then normal.
