I'm sure someday you'll have the chance to get pregnant again. At a time where you're stable and ready for a child. It's terrible people have made you feel bad for the abortion. But it may have been the best thing for that child at the time. You'll be able to get pregnant again, don't worry and you'll make an excellent mother because you thought of what was best for that child when you had to abortion.
