I hate parents like that. If you have a kid you need to take responsibility for them. That means more than simply putting a roof over their heads and telling them to do shit. You have to cry when they cry, hurt when they hurt, hate to see them in so much pain and love them forever and beyond your years and love to see their smile and tell them each day their beautiful and that they should try to live up to anyones expectiations of them and if your in love with someone and they want you to change or give up on something you charish, then that isn't love and that just means yeah they were treating you like a strait pawn and you were just a play toy and that's infatuation and a conception of lust.
