v I usually can't tell the difference between accents if the people in topic are relatives. Anyone else I generally can. My husband has a Boston accent so that's the main one I can tell.

I have a friend who lives in Bristol. Her nickname is Lena which I kidnapped from her. Hehe.

vv; He's going to be from Bristol in England. I know a few people who were born in Bristol then came to America, and they all roughly have the same accent, which is the accent I imagined for the character to have.

v; Yeah, that's true. I have lots of family from places in the US where all of the people supposedly have accents, but none of them have any kind of accent o.o

v Which part of NY? Our accents in Upstate are slightly different from those in NYC.

I hate New York/New Jersey and southern accents... All other American ones are fine.

As for a British accent, it depends on what region. They're not all the same, so I'm not going to generalize it and call it "cute" when some aren't.

American? It doesn't suck but it doesn't really stand out, at least to me. Canadians are different fron Americans but I can only tell 'cuz I'm Canadian. ;]

Yeah, we must have 200 plus dialects here in England. Personally, I don't really have an accent even though I'm from Essex.

I have to go for American, purely because I don't find any English accent sexy xD

England has different types of accents, too.
It isn't all on set accent for every region.

English accents! What even is American accent? Except Oklahoma and them southern states. And Boston. Which aren't really American.....because not all Americans have the accent. Lol. Anyways, British is sexxaaay. So is Australian.

English. There's nothing nice about our accents unless it's a Boston one. Russian and German accents are my favorite though.

English accents most definitely, and then Australian accents, and Irish ones, and just about everything but an American accent, those suck. Unless its southern which I think is also cute.
