    Sorry if this doesn't help.. but this is what I do to feel better :) 1) Drink Tea! 2) Read a good book (cheesy or not/ whatevers fun to read) 3) Paint my nails 4) Write. About whatever's on your mind, or a story. Anything! 5) Work out. (I'm not super athletic, but it always makes me feel better) 6) Eat fruit! :D 7) Draw :)

    Hope this helps. I know it's just temporary fixes... :/ Check out some happy music too! I don't know what you listen to- but this one makes me happy :D = "something good can work" by "two door cinema club"
