I wasn't saying it to them though . I was playing around with my friends, which some of them are actually bi, and some of them are Gay. I wouldn't go tell some random women that their "Queers." Not my roll.

I don't blame them actually. A lot of people begin to use offensive language and they are only standing up for themselves. You shouldn't be going defensive about it when they only assumed you were telling them off and it really actually doesn't matter how you look.

I am a lesbian myself and if close friends were to joke that way, then of course it would be different, but random people that you don't know? I would have done the same thing. So I don't blame them.

Yes exactly how you put it, we refer it to ourselves, we grew up saying stuff like that to eachother all the time, but we would never use it in an offensive way towards people who really are in that community.

v I dont think when they were saying 'queer' it was directed at the couple, more like a joke between themselves? I dont know, I may be wrong.

But I know I have alot of black and asian friends and we always say racist things towards eachother, its like an inside joke, I thought that this situation was similar. But then again I may be wrong :]

Lol they didn't know. All they knew was that offensive words were being shouted and so they attacked you for it. How are they suppose to do you're bi and how are they suppose to know that you tolerate anyone of a different orientation?

If anything I'm shocked to know that they actually let you do that to them. Not to say they should be offended, but why would people shouting that stuff be a day brightener?

I know. We're referring to gays here so I spoke about that community as opposed to any other. :]

This is what irritates me about the gay community. Some of them believe the entire world is out to get them. I can't tolerate that.
