That sucks balls, I hate when you're having even just a semi normal day and then BAM someeone has to get all up in your business. Not needed. I would just think about attacking that man (verbally), that always makes me feel better :)

I'm so sorry about your bad day...it must be hard working with some difficult people. My sister's friend works as a call receiver for AAA, and today was a pretty messy snow storm...hehehe, I bet she had fun. We hear nasty stories all the time.
But really, why was that guy yelling at you in front of his kids? what the heck? Was he just putting on a macho-show? UGH...

I'm really sorry you had a bad day, Theo! Seriously, that old man should have handled whatever problem he had in a much nicer manner and set an example for his daughter. People can be tough sometimes but you just push through it with a smile and make snarky comments on the inside :)
