12 years isn't that big of a difference, and if he makes you happy then why does it matter how old he is or how old he looks? If both of you are happy then you should be together. I hope it all works out for you :)

12 years isn't that big of an age difference, and you're a grown woman.
He surely seems interesting, although I don't think I'd ever honestly be comfortable in a relationship with a very religious person.
