One Good Thing About A Period - Comments

I feel your pain, it's that time of the month for me and I started yesturday too. Sorry if that is too much information, but I just found it odd that we both started lol.

When I have really bad cramps I lay in bed and curl up in the fetal position with a hot water bottle on my stomache. A hot shower works wonders, so does keeping your feet really warm. I don't take Advil too often but it helps as well.

Make a rice sock.
All you do is take an old tube sock, put rice in it, and tie it. Warm it up in the microwave, and instant heating pad.

young favorite - that's what I take. I was taking two and the doctor told me I can get some weird thing in my stomach. But it hardly works for me. I take sleeping pills and sleep all day.

I take Ibuprofen. A lot more than recommended, but it helps, haha.

My mom always told me to drink warm water when I'm having cramps. Usually, I just took menstrual pills and sleep all day. Then, for the whole week the cramps never come back. ^_^
