With the whole speach thing, I don't even have ADD and I have that issue a LOT. It comes and goes. We all hit times like that every now and then.
With the whole breathing thing, I'd say you just need to take a breather. No pun intended... Stress can cause a lot of that. I'm not saying you're depressed, but maybe you have more on your mind than usual and your body just can't keep up with the stress of it all.
You can't take this out on the doctors. They're people with faults, just like you and me. If we make mistakes, you KNOW they are bound to...
I'd say just find someone you TRUST to talk about these things and get them off your chest. Okay?

Thanks guys. But I know it's not migranes because my doctor thought I had them, but it ended up being a misdiagnosis (which wasn't the only one. He also has said I have arthritis, asthma, and celiacs disease and it turned out I didn't. Nice goin doc!

Also, my speech and clumsiness happen not only when I have a headache.

And chemical, there is no stress in my life. Aside from all this stuff that's going on.

    v I agree with chemical.
When I get headaches, I'm sensitive to light and sound and nothing makes sense and I don't bother to remember anything because my head hurts too much to even comprehend what I'd just read or heard. So take some extra strength excedrin sit in a dark room with a rag over you head. It should go away within a hour or two.

It sounds like a lot of it has to do with your headaches that actually might be migraines. I get migraines once in a great while and I can barely even stand up, let alone look at the light. I can't think, talk, or walk very well when I have one. The hard time breathing though is strange. Are you under a lot of stress? That might have something to do with it. Whenever I'm too stressed my body kind of shuts down on itself and I lose track of the simplest things, like spelling correctly or remembering names. It's like my brain and body are on overload simultaneously.

That's terrible the doctor didn't even do much to even consider any other possibilities though. Is there another one you could go to?
