I have trouble getting to sleep as well, I've just sort of learned to deal with it and not think much of it. So I don't have any advice, sorry. Hopefully you find something that works for you though.

good luck with that ive been having the same problem for years and i used to take sleeping pills but not anymore and its hard to sleep without them

I'm having the same problem with sleep, I'm trying to skip a night entirely in the hopes it'll tire me enough so I'll fall alseep at a normal time tomorrow night xD bad logic, I know.
