God that's awful :/ What does he expect you to do, just not take the exams? It's so difficult to get teachers to move exams around, it would probably just be a lot easier to take them on the assigned days, less stress for you.
My parents are divorced too, and I remember them saying some nasty things about each other (nothing that extreme though), and being caught in the middle sucks.
