I don't get why you don't think kids did drugs, in the past. What grade are you in? Have you read Outcasts in school, yet? It's set in the early seventies. F*cked up shit happens in that book, and they're all teenagers. It was incredibly common stuff. Kids died of overdose, were beaten to death by other kids, stole, vandalized, raped.

A book by the same author, That Was Then, This Is Now, involves a boy twelve or thirteen years old who drops acid and gets permanently fucked up with hallucinations and flashbacks because of it. Kids drank in that book, sold drugs, were arrested, beat the shit out of each other.

I promise you, no generation has been better than this one is now.

Fifty years ago we were in a war, nothing was different Kids cussed and you were married at fourteen a lot of times so did it matter if you had babies? No not really. So there is nothing different than now except we have the rights we deserve, also teen pregnancy rates are dropping, slowly but surely.

I may be going against the flow here, but I totally agree with you. Back in the old days people may have done the same stuff, but it certainly wasn't as prominent as it is now. Little kid's didn't go around cussing 50 years ago. Twelve year old didn't go and get pregnant 50 years ago. There may have been cases, but they weren't as common as they are today. I totally agree we need to stop this before it's too late

in those good old days you think you know so much about, women weren't allowed to do shit, people were discriminated against because of their race, people were denied of many basic rights. you're young now and its sort of creepy at your age, sex and everything, but give it a couple of years and you'll probably be just as horny as everybody else. if not, that's okay too, but keep an open mind my dear. theres nothing wrong with sex, cussing, etc.

So many people try to make our generation seem like it's this horrible curse upon this world but I really have to disagree. I don't think our generation is as bad as everyone keeps trying to make it seem. Sure, our generation has problems but every generation has problems. Our generation isn't completely horrible.

Sex has always been a big part of the world you was just to little to notice it before sex is just a natural part of life and not all relationships are like that you just have to find the one thats worth it ...
