you can talk to me anytime. i won't critisize you for your actions. overdosing shouldn't be the choice you make. so if you need to talk to someone so you can prevent yourself from doing it, then so be it.

it is. I still use Ativan for my insomnia and anxiety and I keep thinking if I dont tell my secret. ill do it again.
