    The main difference is that with British English we tend to add a 'u' to words like flavour, colour, favour, etc. We also change most z's to s's, like analsye and realise. And when speaking we tend to pronounce things a lot differently, but that doesn't really come into play in writing. If you still need someone to help change the American English to British English I'd be more than happy to help.
