Thank you that did help a lot. And I've tried but she just won't talk. And yea i know they shouldn't talk shit about me and him "dating" but they still do.
And I would ask him about my dad but he left his mom too. And we are the same age! That's crazy! Thank you a lot for being there for me

Wow. That's some tough shit you're dealing with. Pardon my language, but it's true.

First off, if you didn't know that he was your brother, than people have no reason to talk. They're being petty and need to grow the fuck (again, pardon my language) up.

Second, if you want to know more about your dad, you should tell your mom. And don't just let get away with saying she doesn't want to talk about it. Tell her that you want to know and sit down and talk. If she doesn't, then you can ask your brother right?

Third (and finally) I know how it feels to destroy something that you didn't want too. I've done it plenty of times and I know those feelings hurt a lot. Sometimes it's better to just get them out before you do anything rash like that.
