I'm straight but I support Pro Gay like crazy. You can love whomever you want. You have every right we all do. If I was you I would have hit him square in the face. Brother or no brother. My older brothers can act like that and it annoys me. It's wrong of people (no matter who you are) to act and say stuff like that. There is no right for you to do so.
You need to try and sit down with him and tell him how you feel. You're siblings not two people who see one another every five years. He needs to understand how you are feeling. Stay strong!
My mother is just like your brother. Says that stuff all the time, and it drives me absolultly crazy. Seriously, its pointless. That kind of hatred towards what they do not understand.
