    Eat healthy, make it your goal in life or something. Make breakfast and dinner your main meals. and then snack lightly (and healthily) throughout the day. idk it works for me pretty well hahah

    Working out wise - idk b/c I don't >.< sorry :c

    If you're looking for a good workout routine, Jillian Michaels is absolutely AMAZING! Anything she does is just fantastic.

    As far as foods, get some healthy juices, like Diet Ocean Spray, and fill an ice tray with the juice to use as popsicles! They're a great, healthy snack that will help curb your sweet cravings.
