We have apartment style living as well but it's not like that. We have suite-mates, instead of roommates since each of us have our own private room. But anyways, yeah, I would confront of her again about her in a more serious tone and tell her the specific issues that you've been having with her boyfriend staying over. If it continues I would get the RA(resident adviser) if you have one of those, or their equivalent. From there you may or may not have to go to student court(if you have one) in front of the housing board.
