I can definitely get the frustration with not receiving feedback on your stories, but I know that yelling at your audience (readers/subscribers) is definitely not the way to get them to start commenting. If anything,it'll prevent them from commenting in the future and maybe even turn them of you and your writing altogether.
Readers don't comment on stories for a lot of reason - but mostly, usually, it's because they simply don't anything to say or they feel like they don't have anything constructive to say.
Friendly encouragement is often the best way to go when looking for story comments. In your author's notes and your story status, you can politely and nicely let readers know that you'd love to hear from them and that all comments/feedback is welcome. You can also encourage feedback by asking readers specific questions or asking them to comment on something specific- like certain events, certain characters... - this could help them if they don't know what kind of feedback you're looking for/you want.
Anywho, it's important to always to build a positive relationship with your readers - one where you encourage them to interact with you instead of yelling at/insulting them if they don't.
I'm commenting now, go me ^-^
Good because I'm amazing (no, no, I'm kidding. I love you too though)
