She was shoving her face in every single item of food she could get, her belly looked like a watermellon and she etheir was dieing for atteion or she would kill us if we gave her atteion. Haha

I suggest you read through this as well as read other informative texts about cats and the pros of castrating your cats and the fact that there basically are no cons. I'd also suggest reading up on the correct proceedure for taking care of kittens and buying everything you will need and also making sure someone is able to stay at home for the final week of your cats pregnancy (you may not leave her unattended in case things go wrong) as well as is able to get up once every three hours for a few weeks straight (day and night) in case any of the kittens need help feeding. I'd also suggest calling your local vet to check out the prices for what emergency care pertaining to pregnancies/births gone wrong, so you have the correct amount of money stored away (as a reference, here it can worst-case cost up to $5000 that you have to pay straight up). Also make sure that the mother is put under no stress and is taken care of correctly as she may otherwise eat her kittens up.

No, I have no desire to pretend there is a bright side to this.

I hope you have at least one nice comment to say about this situation because all you're basically talking about is the complications. Yes, bad things may happened but I'd like to dwell on the opposite of those things.

There's a bright side to everything you know.

I'm afraid those are the views responsible for so many homeless cats. But whatever, I hope you have the money to spend if your cat has issues during birth and/or if the kittens are sick, etc...

You're talking about kittens who roam the streets freely and have babies and leave them to die. My cat is mine. I bought her with my money so I have a right to decide whether or not she should have babies. Also, she lives in the house. She only goes out to do her business and comes back. Yes, she was gone for a while because it was windy and rainy and she's scared to come home in that whether.

Don't worry, I plan on taking care of ALL the kittens, I won't let them out of my sight until they're fully healthy and if I can't afford to take care of them I'll make sure to give them to someone responsible as I did with the previous kitten that survived. Thanks so much for your input but I didn't need it.

Perhaps, but in reality I still would have said the exact same thing. Sometimes it helps saying it bluntly. I could have dressed it up anyway I wanted, but my words would've been the same.

I get what you're saying and it is needed to have cats castrated. In fact, it's actually illegal to have a cat that is not castrated (at least if they are from a shelter or at risk to go to one) in my state , but you could of said it a pinge nicer. That's all, really.

Perhaps, but to me this is something extremely important because I have a burning passion when it comes to cats. And the unfortunate reality is that there are hundreds of thousands upon hundreds of thousands cats that are homeless, neglected, and mistreated because there are so many of them. And there are so many of them simply because people allow their cats to walk around unfixed, causing hundreds of thousands of kittens to be born who in turn produce hundreds of thousands of kittens. And I can't lie and say I find it responsible to help that number grow and I can't pretend as if a cat has rights in the sense where an abortion would do anything but benefit them. Majorly. Cats don't think the way humans do, they don't care about having kittens. Period.

Castrate your cat. NOW. It's not very responsible to let an uncastrated female (in particular) cat walk around outside. Also, of course your cat is pregnant. You let her out uncastrated = pregnant cat. It's as simple as 2+2=4. Have her fixed and let them remove the featuses at the same time. That's the responsible thing to do.

Also, cats don't have rights and cats don't care about having babies. Humans do. Your cat will be a lot (as in a whole fucking lot) much better if she doesn't get forced to be a mother again. So fix her.

Depending on the situation I'm sure the vet will advise you, sometimes it's safer to abort them. Good luck with it.

I'm not gonna go along with the abortion idea, noo thank you. It was a thought but just because I'm a coward doesn't mean I'm going to take my cats rights and babies away.

Cats can get abortions, yes. I think you should think hard about this, it's a tricky situation.
