@ BVB-In-Reverse I can go grab my pills to give you the combo my psychologist gave me, as it took some experimenting before we finally found what dosage, etc., worked for me personally. With therapy, I kind of felt gloomy and annoyed because I wanted to make progress but wasn't, and so when I was introduced to the pills the change was so quick. At first there were problems with my body adjusting, but once your body gets used to it you'll find you feel a lot better. If I stopped taking them, I would go back to being my irritable self, so we upped the dosage so it stays in my system longer. Prozac is really good for that. Anyway, you can message me if you have any questions or just want to talk.
Pills as in anti-depressants? I tried going to therapy because my doctor recommended that I don't take them, yet therapy ended up being a bust and the pills still work to this day.
Alright, good luck! I was surprised to find out how many of my friends take them, too.
