Just be sure you lose the weight in a healthy way! Don't go out of control and restrict or purge of over-exercise or anything. That's what I did and it did NOT end well. I wish you the best of luck!
It's so great that you have such a thought-out plan for exercising! I'm so proud of you I just can't believe that people don't know these kinds of things. It's shocking, and it upsets me that any portion of our generation has come to rely on technology than knowledge alone.
That is a really awesome idea. Starting the first of the year, I'm starting my diet. I only need to lose about fifteen pounds but I need to be healthier and feel better about myself. :)
Oh that was your thread. Well, instead of a competition and prizes, maybe we could make it a 2013 weight loss new year resolution? I can't even begin to mention how many times I've see "weight loss" on my list of New Year resolutions. But when I found that thread a few months ago I was so disappointed that is wasn’t for 2013. I thought about making a new 2013 one but I didn't want to seem as if I were stealing your idea.
If you’d be okay with me doing this again I’d love to make a new thread. Maybe we could run it together, you know? We could have weekly weigh-ins (unless you don’t like that idea) and we could link them to videos and other blogs that will inspire them to get up and move.
