Tell him you're sorry, but it isn't fair to him to be in a relationship with someone who isn't as committed as he is. Tell him it also isn't fair to you since you aren't as committed. Tell him you'll always have fond feelings of him, but you're not the type to string someone along just so they can be hurt more later.

Just tell him you really mean it when you say you don't have feelings for him anymore. If not you'll be stuck with him and you'll be unhappy. Trust me I know XD.

You just have to be forceful, you can't let him see you cry and you can't worry about hurting his feelings. If he sees you crying while you're telling him you don't want to be with him, he will think he still has a chance. So don't be upset when telling him. Be calm and cool about it, it'll throw him off.

He's going to be upset - it is inevitable. He will get over it though.

Keep telling him that it's over and hopefully he'll eventually believe you.

Sorry the thing didn't light up. I have and he just refuses to believe it. :(
