I would get it but there's a lot going on and my mum doesn't like the idea of me being her son instead of her daughter, I mean hell I still sometimes act like a girl can't she be happy with that? Lol. But I'm very glad to finally meet someone who is [was] in the same position as me. Glad your surgery went well.

Gah, I keep telling everyone that I would have gladly given this surgery away to someone who must need it more than me... I know how obscenely frustrating the entire shitty process is. Took my family and my doctors a long time to get on board. >___<

Actually that's the option I'm considering most. My mom is friends with a hair stylist. And I'm really curious to know if she'd just wash my hair without cutting it. That would be nice of her.
