If you don't want to be with this guy, just leave him. Obviously you're not feeling any less trapped.

Oh, Allison. That last line made me laugh.
My best advice is just to sit down, and tell them both how you honestly feel about them. Hearts will be broken, but you'll all end up happier in the end. :)
