....Well then if this was happening to me he would have already got punched in the face. That bong part -.- I've told him you smoke that stuff somewhere else not in the damn kitchen O_O

I say you should start looking for someone else that is need of a place and is up for living there. Once you found someone, kick your ex out. You shouldn't have to live with that.

    v. My mom controls the renting situation, not me. I have literally no authority on who stays and goes. When I first came to her with the issue, she talked to him and told him to knock it off, but we agreed that since i was moving for university soon anyway and wouldn't have to put up with him for long, he could stay and continue paying rent. We need the cash because we're kind of really struggling right now, and the agreement when he moved in was that our relationship would not affect his renting relationship - but there's a difference between, 'if you guys break up, it's your problem to figure things out' and 'he is threatening you and making you uncomfortable in your own house and therefore needs to leave'

thank god i'm moving out in a week or two but i just can't with him at all

This may be a dumb question, but why don't kick that bum to the curb? He's living under your roof and should show you some proper respect. Shoot, if it were me, I would've changed the locks on him while he was away and left his belongings on the stoop. You don't deserve that at all.
