Yeah they caught him and the people he made do things to the girl were arrested as well and she sued McDonalds for a lot of money. McDonald's had a pretty good argument, they said they weren't fully responsible because one of the people who abused her didn't work for them and that the manager shouldn't have let him anyway (which is why shes in a lot of trouble) and that it should have been common sense for someone to be like "no, this isn't right." Like duh! McDonalds was in the wrong because they had heard about the prank caller but didn't warn any of their employees though so she got money out of it.
