@ paramorecrazy Oh I see what you mean now. Every now and again, the current staff will start looking for new staff for whatever reason they have. They'll post a thread about it (when it is posted, there will be a notice on the My Mibba page for users) and anyone who has an interest in becoming staff can read through that thread and do what they ask to send in an application to be considered for staff. From the applications, the current staff will pick the users they feel are most fit for the job. The Magazine finds staff in the same manner. The staff actually just got finished looking for staff and accepting new people so they probably won't look for any more for some months.
Mibba is owned by an adult and there are a good number of adult staff members, but there are also some teenage staff members.
The numbers beside our usernames are "points". You can earn them by posting articles, reviews, or tutorials. You get 50 points a piece for each other published. You can also earn 10 points for submitting a book to the Books section and getting it submitted. The points system is so far incomplete and more may be coming in the future, that's all for now though. ^^
Those are the number of "points" you have. There isn't much of an official system / use for it yet, but you can get points by doing stuff on the site like submitting books, articles, reviews, and the like. c:
