Hahaha. A valid question. I don't like thongs either. And if I'm trying to impress someone I'll show off the panties with cartoon characters. My favorites are the boy shorts and these seamless bikini ones I got once that don't ride OR show. However majority of my collection is girl boxers. I thought they would be comfortable, and they are most of the time, and then I pull my jeans on and my underwear ends up half way up my back.

And I HAVE seen those pantyliners but I have never used them since I haven't worn a thong in years.

Also everyone, have you ever seen thong pantie liners? Like pads for thongs?! WTF. They are so awkward and definitely don't stay in.

Betty White is in the house! Hayooooo! Haha but yeah I agree with you there. I find them uncomfortable also.

I wear them quite often, but I have to admit, it took me many hours of trial and error to figure out how to wear them without feeling awkward or slightly in pain.

I definitely don't wear them to work though. With all the lifting, bending, and twisting I have to do most days, they're bound to get contorted or out of shape and bug me.

(And I definitely never wear them when I know my time of month is coming. Talk about painful. )

I have plenty (I work at the Victoria's Secret call center and get a hefty discount) but I can't say I really ever reach for them. I just don't really find them to be flattering. I much prefer the "cheeky" style where you aren't in granny panties but your ass isn't entirely bare either. Plus my boyfriend hates thongs and most guys I've spoken with on the topic tend to agree. All that being said though, our top selling panty is "The Lacie" which is a one size fits all thong.... so someone must be rocking them!

I think I've worn a thong quite a few times but never actually enjoyed it. I do agree that it was quite a pain everytime you bent over to do something but aside that, it was like major rape wedgie status.

I stick to boy shorts or boxers cause...well to me they're more comforting. I haven't worn a thong in two years.

I tried thongs when I was 13, I said "NOPE!" It's like going to the doctors for a pap. I don't want nothing in places they don't need to be!

Honestly, I hate panties, all kinds. I only wear them when I wear skirts or I am PMSing. No cares, man. Undies suck, they either ride up or fall down or show through something or you know, undie things xD

I've worn a thong twice and I've hated it each time. I prefer boyshorts they're like the perfect panty! They're tight to your butt so you don't look like you have a granny ass, they're comfortable, you don't have to oddly shift them in your pants before changing for gym (I'm in high school and could go without anyone seeing the ladies parts or my ass ) and 99.9% of the time they're always cute. But hipsters are good for super skinny jeans, jeggings and yoga pants if they're not too tight.

but my best friends apparently really likes them. I'm sure she would wear them on a daily basis if her mom wouldn't kill her for it.

I never wore a thong in my life, and never will. It's not something I would just roll with. Plus I don't want something up my ass all day.

Yeah, the super soft silky feeling thongs are great. but you don't get as much fun from them cause I like the cute panties that say stuff on the butt.

call me weird old oldfashioned, but I prefer grandma underwear, it's comfy and I don't care if it looks dumb, it's not like anybody's gonna see it anyway xD

sempiternal. , Yeah you kind of have to wear thongs when wearing tight yoga pants! Pantie lines aren't good lol. I've made that mistake before sadly. They do make some barely there material thongs that don't end up rubbing your lady sections raw, but like you said, I can't find them much anymore. =/

Haha nice. I agree with you Cherry, I like women's style boxer briefs. I like several different types of panties though. Bikini style, boy shorts, there's this other kind that usually come in lace. Not sure what they are called, but they aren't thongs. I guess I just like variety. I don't own many thongs that's for sure. I still don't know how I wore them in my teenage years. O.o

LOL you make me laugh I really don't find thongs comfortable. At all. My boyfriend doesn't particularly like them either to be honest, he prefers french knickers, which are so much more comfy! I prefer girl boxers as an everyday choice. They are SO comfy and practical! Brilliant for "that time of the month". Or if I don't have any spare underwear at my boyfriend's house I just steal his boxers haha. Seriously men's calvin klein boxers are amazing! XD

The only time I wear a thing is when I'm wearing yoga pants, and they're the thongs from Victoria's Secret that are "specifically" for yogas. And I've not been able to do that because I can't even find them anymore.

Most people think they'd be too annoying to wear every day. I don't think so, once you got used to them. I just prefer other panties for obvious reasons like "time of the month" and I find cuter panties that aren't thongs and I LOVE cute panties.
