    Only some schools in America don't have to wear uniforms. :) All the private schools I know have to and some public schools wear them too. I don't have to wear one, but most of the rules for our dress code are annoying. So I kind of feel your pain.

    Actually in America, many schools require uniforms, especially urban and or private schools. I've gone to schools with both dress codes. There's really not a difference in the "teasing" or anything.
