Sometimes getting help is one of the best things to do no matter how much you don't want to do it.

As of late instead if just crying etc. I've been getting really... Aggressive? So I've been relying on food and sleeping it off. Exercise is also a good outlet because I'm too busy dying to remember how I feel mentally.

I have them all the time so I know how you feel, but they get better with time. I can give you some tips to help you though 1. Read a book ((It helps get your mind off of it)) 2. Drink lots of water ((It refreshes your body)) 3. Do some stretches or exercise ((Keeps you mind off of it, and helps your body)) and if those don't work I would try to take a nap. I hope I helped just a little I really do know how you feel.

I'm so sorry :( I know just how you feel. You can talk to me if it helps. But I recommend telling your mom! That's what she's there for. Take really long deep breaths and try to think about something irrelevant or funny.
