I'm actually fortunate enough to have a mom that wasn't afraid to talk about mistakes she's made and stuff like that. Parents like to complain about kids not understanding the rules they make, but if parents were more open to show the human side instead of the "all athourative" side of themselves, I think they'd have a better time with kids. I dunno, your journal just made me think that.
