    I totally agree with you. If you keep writing about the same things over and over again people will thing it is boring and cliche. It's better to keep them on their toes Wink

    All the time! My writing is mostly descriptive so even suspense can be dragged on too long. Sometimes I ask my sister to read a certain part for me and note her feelings/reactions to it, whether it's something I intend for a reader to have.

    I almost always feel like my stories are predictable.
    It's just one of those things. You want everything to be perfect and you don't want your readers to figure everything out and stop reading or get bored so you're super paranoid about it.

    I think it's good that we worry and think about it though. That way, we'll always remember not to fall into a pattern. C:
