The hard thing about depression is that sometimes it happens for no reason and that's what makes it really difficult to understand because you have no idea why you're feeling like you are. The best thing you can do is talk to someone about how you're feeling, anyone! Just wanted to let you know that I read this and I completely understand feeling lost and sad for no reason!
