The point of YouTube is to post videos. However, YouTube also has to follow copyright laws. If something is copyrighted and the producer doesn't want it redistributed online without their permission, YouTube has to take it down. They'd be violating the law and get shut down if they refused, they cannot violate copyright. There are many producers out there who don't want their work redistributed on sites like YouTube without an official source doing it. Your video probably included content from a company that thinks like this. It may be annoying, but it is fair. They are the copyright holders. It is their right to decide if they want their work redistributed this way or not.

When videos are taken down, it's most likely because a copyright holder for said material found the video and chose to copyright the video because they didn't want their product redistributed like that. There's a chance that your video was found by the copyright holder of some material you used and they copyrighted your video. If someone copyrights a video and YouTube finds the claim is legit, they have no choice but to remove the video. It's just how the law works.
