Yes that does make sense. It happens because you are more fragile when you are depressed. Anything can affect you.

Sometimes you feel like no one will understand, but being able to pour your heart out to someone gets a little bit off your chest. You should speak to someone close to you about it, but that's my opinion. & hey I know I'm a stranger, but I'm always here !

was it embarrassing to speak to someone because sometimes it feels silly what i feel even when its serious i just never spoke of it and im scared to
