I'm the exact opposite. I loathe love-making love fucking, both in terminology and practice. I love my boyfriend and we've been together over two years but I don't think we've ever 'made love' because it's pretty boring compared to fucking, which is a lot of fun.

I guess if someone is treating sex as a beautiful gift it makes sense to make the language flowery and pretty, but I mostly wrote fucking because I find it a lot more interesting.

yeah my friend that I sleep with said he wanted to make love again and I'm like Love What? lol I mean he used to call it hardcore casual. But, its not hard core really and i guess it casual, I mean we sleep together very affectionate kissing etc. and then after we cuddle watch t.v chat eat. like normal friends... lol so idk why he would say make love.

And yeah those words are ust not usefull in a sweet sex scene

I totally understand where you're coming from on this. When I read smut scene and its like a hardcore, down and dirty scene but then the writer goes 'his penis" Im just like, "Why couldn't cock be used?"

I feel.that the words penis and vagina are to clinical to really be used in any serious smut. I don't know. The words make me feel awkward. I think I've used Penis a handful of times when writing and I can swear I've never used vagina.

Generally, I use cock, dick or shaft depending on the depth of what Im writing.
As for the female counterpart, I've used pussy a few times but other words don't seem to fit. I've used the word Slit most recently. Cunt is pretty crass, so Ill only use it in dirty talk, vagina is too clinical and everything else is silly. Love glove. Warm, wet cavern. Silken cave.

Honest, I hardly refer to that exact part, I feel if I use the wrong word it can tip the setting of the story the exact opposite way I want it to go. I usually say something along the lines of "between hee thighs".

I'm weird when it comes to stuff like this because I prefer what most people don't, which is like 'fucking' and all the curse words.

In real life and in stories, I feel so awkward when people say 'making love'. I think it's just weird to call a one night stand or sex with a stranger "making love," but even in a case where it's two people who love each other, I think it's just awkward to say. But I also don't think of sex as a passionate or beautiful thing. I enjoy it and would rather share it with someone I do like/love, but I'm just not a romantic person, anyway and find that stuff awkward, lol.

And I HATE when people say 'manhood.' It kills me. It ruins the mood, for me. I don't get off at reading sex stories, whether it's graphic or not, but the second you say 'manhood,' I find it childish. I mean, I think it's safe to say the majority of people would rather not read such crude smut, but. I don't know. I have a weird preference haha :)
